Default Pricing on 06 wolverine

Hello, obviously I am new here. I am looking into buying a 4wheeler and saw the wolverine, it seems to be about everything I want in a wheeler. My question is this; I have found a new 2006 blue wolverine at a dealer. It retails $6000, So I am wondering what the best price is that I could buy this for since the 07's are coming. Or should I wait for an 07?
Thanks everyone in advance!

I would haggle with them on the 06 price. I paid 5700 out the door on my wife new wolvy. I think you should be able to get it down around that price. It is a pretty sweet bike, you will be happy with it.

So before tax, you were roughly $5300- 5400. I was thinking of offering $5000 even and going from there. Is that too much of a stretch?

You can never offer to low. What is the worst they are going to do, say no? Just start low and go from there.. The price on the one we got was like 6100 and I said i would take it for 5700 and they said ok so maybe I could have done better. I think you are thinking right, i'll bet you end up getting it for about 53-5500. Good luck

I paid $5400 for the 06 not to long after they first came out. so I would say you could get more off than that with the 07's out now. Its always worth lowballing them and seeing what they counteroffer. If there not willing to budge there is always someone out there that will.

So if I can buy an 07 for $5500, for an 06 to be worth it, it would have to be priced like $4800-5000 in all honesty! Does that sound reasonable. Plus I think I really like the grey and red color scheme, but the blue looks nice too.
