How do you know when you need the valves adjusted on a griz 660?

Default How do you know when you need the valves adjusted on a griz 660?
I have 1600 miles on mine and only had it done once at 25hr.

It probably needs to be checked, if nothing else.
Signs of the valves tightening up, are hard starting, and loss of power.
Signs of them loosening up...increased noise.
