Default alternatives for warrior shocks

Ok Iknow there has been alot of talk about this in here but after reading everything I still have questions. Everyone says that banshee front shocks will bolt right up and are the same size as the warrior which is 14.5" if the information I have gathered is right. Also people say that the raptor 660s will fit but they stress the ball joints too much. And from what I have heard the raptor fronts are 15". So does that extra half inch really put a noticable amount of stress on the ball joints? I'm on a budget so I dont want to upgrade and then have to replace something else. thanks

I've got the raptor shocks on the rear, plenty of travel and plush ride.
