This is what you will need to get them out..
1. Sharp punch
2. Drill
3. Very sharp drill bit
4. Easy out
Ok Take the punch and a hammer..Put the end of the punch in the center of the stud..Hit it once HARD..Making a little dent in the middle of the stud..So the drill bit will stay in the middle of the stud...So take your drill bit..And drill into the stud about 1/4 or a inch..It will take awhile the studs are hard....Then after you get your hold drilled take your easy out and a hammer and hammer your easy out into the hole...(Keep it strait) Then take whatever you got handy and screw the easy out..out and the bolt should come with it...Hope this helps

Do you have any stud sticking out of the head? Or is it broken off flush? If you have some stud sticking out, get some "pb blaster" or even better "aerokroil" and spray on the bolt for a few days to loosen the stud, also lightly tap the stud, the vibration of the tapping will help break up any rust or seizing that might have occured over time. Then take a GOOD brand screw extractor, like "IRWIN VISE GRIP extractors" and try removing it that way. You might have to lightly hammer the screw extractor onto the stud.
If the studs are already broken off flush you have no choice but to drill them out, and good luck with that!
