dragging brakes

Default dragging brakes

i just put new rotors and pads on my warrior and now i think they are dragging as the rotor gets really hot, how do i fix this.

I can't think of any reason the brake pads would be dragging unless your calipers were bad. I'd let it go a little while, and see if it stops. The pads and rotor might just be a little too thick together and the caliper won't slide open far enough.

Default dragging brakes

It could be a bad caliper . Did you do any adjustments to the master cylinder linkage? if you adjust the linkage and the piston in the master cylinder cannot come all of the way back up it will not release the pressure resulting in a dragging brake or total locking up of the brakes.

Is it all the brakes, or just the rear? Because the rear could be dragging due to the parking brake.

that or the rotor could be coming look from the hub or not on straight and cuasing it to rub against the brake pads
