Default Kodiak 450 speed limiter problem

I just bought a new kodiak 450 and when i put it into differential lock it will always go the same speed as if the overide butten was always pushed in. As of what i have heard it should keep me from going over a certain speed unless you push an hold the overide button. I just dont know why the speed limiter is working. Does anybody have any suggestions?

when i engage it into differential lock it will go at any speed. isnt it suppose to keep it from hitting a high speed when the overide button int pressed down. And then if you want it to go faster in differential lock your suppose to press the overide button and hold it, but it doesnt do that it just acts like the button is always pressed down and goes at any speed in deffirential lock

im not sure about mph but i think mine was 25 or 30 km/h, your problem might not be such a bad thing though it saves you from having to hold that button down, which can be difficult sometimes when in deep mud.
