Default throttle problem, help!

This is real common, and is caused by incorrect routing of the throttle cable. You must have been working on something, under the plastic, and the throttle cable got routed wrong. If you take the plastic back off, and with the motor running in neutral, and with parking brake on...move the handlebars and itll rev by itself. Start looking for where the cable is binding, and route it differently.
Its either that, or the slack in the throttle cable is mis adjusted.

I'm willing to bet your cable needs adjusted. I saw both of your posts. Symptoms seem to say the cable is too tight.
