Default Im new and need help with my 686 raptor

The bike has oversized valves, stage 2 hot cam, kibbelwhite valve springs, 102 mm 12.5 to 1 je piston, and an open air filter and a crappy t4 pro circuit exhaust. Basically it won't start to easy when cold and when its warm it will not cruise a steady rpm without sputtering and stumbling. But it runs real strong when going full throttle. And If it is hot and I kill it getting it to start again is almost impossible without letting it sit for about 20 minutes or more. But then it starts right up. By the way stock carbs with 190, and 195 mains with 27.5 pilots. When i first start it up it runns great But after it has been run for a while maby10 to 15 minutes it won't cruise or start back up. But it still will run like a raped ape at wot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chad

hi names Kevin and got some serious issues with my 660 or now 673 raptor and read how you were tryin to help another guy out was wonderin if i could get some help it would be greatly appreciated. ive got a 2001 660 raptor like i said its now a 673 with a 10.1 piston ive also got a stage 1 hotcam, racing valve springs, larger output stator, racing coil, trinity stage 4 full exhaust, k&n air filter, with no airbox lid, and a Sparks brand voltage regulator. the trinity exhaust came with several different jets but it wasnt much help on jetting ive tried all the jets and none seem to make it run right as of now i have 165 and 170 main jets in it the four wheeler cranks fine almost too good compared to my buddies stocker which is cold natured as hell mine fires right up no matter how cold it is but when i go to accellerate the four wheeler starts to cut out above say half throttle. sorry for such a long message like i said any help would be appreciated

You are definately too lean. I had bigger jets than that in my stock bike with Pipe and filter.
