Default Worth of a 727 Raptor

I am in the final stages of my raptor rebuild, I have pretty much been doing this since mid summer and really have not even wroked on it since then because of school. but anyways my next free weekend I am going to have it finished running and all tuned up, I am though considering selling it since I have not been able to ride it or readlly had any time to ride if I would have had it together in about 6 months. I am just wondering some opinions on how much the bike is worth or how much I should be able to get for it. here is everything about it:
2003 727 raptor 50 hrs before rebuild and will hvae maybe 5 after it
CT racing full exhaust
Uni Air filter
dyna fully adjustable cdi, and ignition
102mm bore
JE 12:1 piston
hot rods +3mm crank and rod
stage 2 hot cam
ferra intake and exhaust valves
head ported and polished
39mm fcr dual carbs
LA designs one way bearing
+ 8 swing arm and round style bearing carrier
font end lowered 2 inch and widened 4
brand new sidewinder sprockets stock sizes and new chain
black in white in color plastics and seat in great condition besides normal scrathces
frame in perfect condition no rust spots or any blemishes
and also a boondockers nitrous kit with 20 25 and 50 shot nozzles
bike should be putting out around 70+ hp
and 130 with nitrous
engine was all profesionally built and tuned

Just lookin for a pirce estimamite or if any one would like to buy just pm me

I'll give ya 3 grand if you deliver it for free.... Jus kiddin, sounds like a sweet bike. And I need more posts. Seriously, noone I know in MN builds up thier bikes that big since all we do is ride around in the snow all winter and dodge cowpies all summer.

It is impossible to get your money back out of it. Most people part out to recover what they can. Where did you find a +3 crank and a JE piston to work with it? It may be a typo as Hotrods offers a +4 and cp pistons are the only ones I know of that make the offset wrist pin location to accept it.And did you get a differnet mid pipe from CT to clear the FCR carbs?
I might be interested shoot me a pm.

hmm, +3 mm stroke and 102mm piston? That'd be a 711...
