Blaster carb

Default Blaster carb

when the carb is on or on reserve gas leaks out of the carb. any clues ? running 93 octane with just boysen reeds.

well my suggestion would be that the float is sticking at the bottom of the carb and be careful with it as its fragile just take the bowl off and give it a look to make sure it is working properly and while your at it jsut clean out the jets while you have that off...make sure you count the turns of the jets when dis and re assembling

The float could be sticking, or the the float valve or seat could be worn.

Had the same prob., i basically just took a screwdriver and a hammer and tapped the carb, but turn off the fuel first, every few taps i would turn the fuel back on to see if it helps, its done it on me twice now, and that method has worked both times.
