Raptor exhaust
It will be difficult to change the exhaust and air filter without needing to change the jetting.
If you want to change the exhaust and filter without having to adjust the carbs, here's my suggestion.
Replace the stock filter with a K&N or Uni, but continue to use the stock lid. Do not put any holes in the lid. You may want to switch to a pro design clamp on filter style, depending on how much you like the stock setup of using the lid to keep the filter in place. You would have to modify the inside of the lid to make clearance for the larger filter if you use the pro design setup, but you can still clamp the lid on. Also, keep the intake hose at the front of the lid on as well.
Use a slip-on exhaust that is not going to drastically change your flow. Something that is still tight like the stocker. I would suggest something like an FMF or Pro Circuit with the quiet core and spark arrestor inserts. Keep the stock header pipe.
Retaining the airbox lid and installing only a half-corked slip-on pipe might keep you from having to rejet. But some guys might tell you any exhaust change requires some carb tweaking.

I dont get this....you are going to spend a fair bit of money on a exhaust and filter...but yet you dont want to JET??? Why would you even bother buying this stuff if you dont rejet...you are missing like 50 percent of the power by not rejetting and your machine will run like crap..just get a good flowing exhaust and rejet.

Thanks a lot man
I don't want to spend houres and houres to change the jetting, why ?
I live in Quebec (Canada) and for the winter season, I will go in the provaincial trails, so I will have to put the Yamaha exhaust becaus non-stock exhaust are not accepted (is it clear enough !!)
But in summer, We have verry nice sand pit, no probleme for a good exhaust ( no noise limitation !!!!)
It is easy to change the exhaust system...but the jet...... do you have hints
Many thanks
Alain
