I added a DMC Dual barrel pipe and spark arrested silencer to my 2000 Warrior (also Pro Flow w/K & N air filter and rejetting). This system not only sounds FANTASTIC and looks AWESOME, there is a very noticeable improvement in performance throughout the power range. I would highly recommend this setup.

I have a White Brothers E-Series. It does pretty good but it does get a little loud. I am hoping to pair it with a K&N Filter and a Dynojet jet kit in the near future.

I am on my friends computer and sending this, but I have a 99 warrior. I have a chrome header pipe and silencer from Graydon Proline. It is awsome power increase. But I had to give it better breathing with k&n filter and air hole kit for air box. Also more fuel with bigger main jet. Huge difference but not until I did all.

I have a BIG GUN header pipe and silencer on my Warrior. Along with the K&N and #150 jet, it seems to have more b*lls than before. I had some problems with how it fit, though. I ordered the "quiet" insert with spark arrestor for it. It didn't fit, so I had to trim the insert down to make it fit. Then, the system was about 2-3 inches too long to be able to stand the quad up on the grabbar. I NEED to stand the quad up on the grabbar, for cleaning, loading, maintenance, and sometimes for storing it. I have access to a machine shop, so I modified the system to fit "correctly". I don't notice any performance loss by doing this, it's still quicker than the other Warriors I ride with.
It has an awesome, low rumbly tone at idle, and screams nicely when I open er' up. The quality of this system, as far as the welds, pipe routing, and the jet-coating goes, is great. Good luck with your choice, and let us know which one you go with.

You can see down below what I have. Adding aftermarket exhaust and a K&N air filter totally woke up the quad. It's loud, but that's the price of power.

Based on extensive research and analysis I chose the DMC Dual Barrel. I am very happy with the performance, the system was easily installed in about 20 minutes, I've received positive comments on the appearance, and the sound is like nothing I've ever heard before. If you buy the DMC, you won't be sorry!
