Last I knew you have to buy Amsoil through through a network of private dealers like Amway or Avon. I've yet to be able to walk into a regular auto parts or farm store and be able pick the stuff up off of the shelf. That alone make me dubious of any so called claims of superiority. Any company that has to resort to such a dubious marketing scheme and can't compete in the marketplace like any other normal company doesn't inspire in me any sort of confidence in their product. I'll stick to normal name brand oils and leave the Amway lubricants to the more adventuresome among us.
