700r and yfz450 suspension

Are the a-arms and shocks interchangeable between the yfz450 and the 700r? Because I was wondering if aftermarket shocks and a-arms for the yfz450 fit on a 700r.

The A arms are the same. Shocks I'm not sure, you'd have to look at the upper mount and the length.
