I have had three good days of hard riding since I put on the 11 tooth front sprocket and have not had the clutch heat up again. Just don't have to slip it like I used too.

Does the 11tooth sprocket stress the chain a lot?

At this point I don't know. I have always heard that one that is to small puts a lot of stress on the chain and shaft. It may show up with all of the torque the Raptor has. It it does, I will just try going to a 12 and a larger rear sprocket. Just don't want to lose to much ground clearance if I can avoid it.
