1. Does it hurt to leave the air box lid and the snorkal off.

2. Does anybody have the Armadillo XL polished bumper for their Blaster. If so how do you like it.

It doesnt hurt to take off the lid. Just make sure you go up on your main jet, and run a good aftermarket air filter. If you run in dusty conditions, I recommend a dual stage filter, such as a UNI filter and use Maxima FFT air filter oil. With this oil, NO dirt will make it to the inner filter.
