If all the electrical components are good, that only would leave the wiring in between. Get a wiring diagram and a multimeter, and start checking for continuity and shorts in the harness. The most common location for wiring damage seems to be at the rear, where the harness rubs against the subframe. The harness flexes there, and also usually rubs against the frame and wears through the insulation or breaks wires.
