Blaster in cold

I have a 1997 Yamaha Blaster that is Very Hard to start when it is left out in the cold for a while. Are all Blasters like this? What can I do to improve cold weather kickstarting?

I have the same problem with my 1990 blaster.Today was the excepttion though.It was 13 degree's outside with ou the windchill and it started on the 1st kick.I just got it out of the warm basement though.
