i use yamaha lube, the oil level seems to be ok i let it worm up i checked it, its ok, i change my oil on both of my bikes at lest 3 times a year, last time i changed this was back in oct and i have not rode it mabe 3h on it , but i will change the oil in it today mabe it will help, i know it takes 3.28gt of oil, thank you for all you help so far hondabuster the weights were dry and you pic with the strap made it easy and cheap, thanks for your help with my bike so far , im on my way to get new oil ,its worth a shot and sence the hole thang is in peaces might aswell,

My thoughts on the oil, were due to a link between moly and wet clutches. Its posible if auto oil was used (energy conserving star burst symbol), the moly clings to the wet clutch plates and coats them. This leads to slippage.
If you havent used any moly containing oil, and the oil level is ok, the wet clutch is probably fine.

i changed the oil and now im puting it back together, i found that it had 4qurts of oil in it, so im going to have a talk with my boy about that and how it got in there, i think this might be the problem i will see here later on when i get it together, thanks for the help so far.

i drove the bruin today just up the feild and back at first seem to be like it almost lost power but i was thinking the prim and 2 shean my be slick still even after i cleaned it all up, and it was sliping a little bit , so i ran it agen just back and forth and the power seem to increase , prob because it had to work all the oil out, but it feels fine, besides the toe needs ajusted, thanks for you help hondabuster seem to do the trick , saved me alot of money not having to take it to the dealer,one agen thanks alot.
