Default Raptor noise when braking

every time i use my rear brakes now it makes a loud terrible noise... when i looked at it today it seems that the metal piece that the disk is connected to is pretty loose so i figured that i needed to tighten the axle nuts but i cant figure out how to do it.. they don't seem to tighten any advice would be great

+1

your rotor is supposed to have a little slop because only one side of the caliper moves.

you don't have to pull the caliper off to see if there is pad left or not
