I have an 02 blaster and wanna get some more power and speed out of it. Exaust is to expensive for me. If you can tell me what to do or waht to but(CHEAP!!!) that will help me, let mw know. thanks, dylan. If you can let me know about ANY CHEAP UPGRADES please do.

 

how much are you looking to spend? and do want more top end, bottom end, or more all around?

 

im a cheapo... and all around is what im lookin for. im basically lookin for little things that will help

Exhaust would definately be first, but that might max out your budget. A good air filter like a K&N or UNI would help. Im a big fan of 20" light-weight rear tires. Big, heavy 22" Super Swamper type tires will only slow you down if you're tryin to go fast. Make sure your bike is geared right for your riding style. I like to gear mine as high as possible without sacrificing too much bottom end, but we do a lot of fast, wide open rides with a few tight sections. Not very familiar with reeds, maybe the 2 stroke guys out there could help with that one. I know there are aftermarket reeds out there for a low price, but I dought they would help much. One other cheap mod would be to have the head shaved by a machine shop. My local shop charges $40 for this and you would probably be surprised at the difference it would make!
