I would start with an exhaust (used on ebay or from a salvage yard or another blaster owner who changed pipes)
then get a K&N filter I only paid about $60 for mine sometimes you can find one used that just needs cleaned and recharged for cheap.
Then drill the holes in your airbox and get a Dynojet jetkit for it so you dont run too lean and blow something up.

I'd forget the dynojet kit. (any jet "kit" for that matter) You can buy jets from any good dealer for about 2-3 bucks apiece. If you do some searching on here and other Blaster sites, you can get a good idea of where to start with rejetting, then do plug chops to get it spot on. All for about 10 bucks or less.

Advance the ignition 4 degrees for a little more low end power, and its free. Here is a link to a article on how to do it.
Advance Ignition
You may check out Project Blaster, Blaster Riders, AirCooled Racers, or Everything Two Stroke for a used pipe for a Blaster

Oh, I forgot all about PB lol.
If you still want help or anything, or want to meet some cool people who can help ( some more than others, lol ), go to Project Blaster. There's also a store if you wanna buy anything.

I bought a 97 blaster not to long ago for a project bike.
I got a 440 ex for my everyday rider.
I have an FmF, boysen reeds, k&n air filter, jetted and runs without air box lid. It's awfully quick for a 200. It'll take a 300ex no problem "it's been done " lol but keep in mind it's still a blaster and it isn't gonna give you the performance the 400s and 450s will
