What type of coolant does an atv use. i thought it was just regular antifreeze but my dad thinks there is a special kind of coolant for atv's. my coolant level is low and i can't find info anywhere. please help! i know this is kind of a dumb question, but my old atv was fan cooled.

Engine ice all the way. Cools great, and still has freeze protection. Great stuff!! That is if you are going to change it. If you are just adding to it, just go the the stealer and get what ever it takes. But I would just change it over to engine ice.
