it doesnt smoke at all the engine just got bored to 84mm and fitted with a Wiseco high compression piston,Cam and all the other things i have listed like few months ago, seems to run ok but plugs are black after week of riding or so and its just a stock carb with a bigger main jet (150) it used to have a 145 and someone told me i need bigger than 150 but i dont get how if it needs a bigger jet its fouling plugs now also it seems like when its colder it runs better most the time then if its warm,it just seems like it kinda dies out on the power just slightly sometimes when u hit it full throttle and try to fly thru the gears, i would expect more out of a warrior than what it does but everyonce in a while it will go up thru the rpms pretty well and it seems reasonably fast for a warrior but i just dunt know if im running wrong jets or what, the needle jet clip is in the middle,it was lowered then i changed back to middle because it was definitely too rich then it would smoke like first 2 min riding(blue smoke),i dno if valve adjustment being off could do anything or not i havent checked in a while and thats about all i know about it.

Try adjusting the tang on the float/needle vavle........If it's set to high MOST of the overflow fuel will flow into the carb/motor causing a RICH condition hence fouling plugs.......

yea ok i kno wut ur talkin about thanks, yea ill try adjusting that and see wut that does and do u think a 150 jet wud be too small or is it an ok size to run on an upgraded warrior?

Start with getting your plug fouling problem fixed. THEN do a plug chop on a NEW plug and see what U have..........

do you bend the little piece of metal that hangs of the float? or the little valves wire piece that holds it on that piece of metal on the float? i guess in otherwords im fouling plugs becuz its not shutting the hole where fuel comes in at the right time and it allows overflow to go into carb and foul plugs eventually or u said it could be the piece of rubber on the end isnt sealing anymore?
