Default griz 660 diff lock

I have a 2005 Grizzley that the Diff lock light flashes when I engage it but the diff lock will not engage. I have checked all the relays and wiring harnesses from the diff servo to the relays. I have tested the servo also. If i Jump the 4 wheel #3 relay diff lock engages and the light stays on (like it is supposed to) i tested the relay and tested fine but I even replaced it and still the light flashes and doesn't engage. Any ideas?

If the light is blinking it means that the Diff is not locked! Simply do what adjdroberton did -- rock it a little and you should be good.

When engaging the diff-lock if at all possible don't be in the muck, make sure you have the front wheels straight and you should be good.

One way to REALLY test this is to jack up the whole quad so that all 4 wheels are off the ground and the QUAD is supported so it won't fall on you! Engage the Diff lock and see if the light continues to blink.
