I have a 2000 Warrior that i'm going to be doing some performance mods to. I've bought a FMF Hi-Flow head pipe, Supertrapp ISD2 exhaust, and K & N Power Kit(air filter and carb jets). I'm looking for any suggestions or tips from people who have done this kind of mod before, how many baffles on the exhaust pipe?, that kind of thing. Any problems encountered? Appreciate any suggestions.

I have a 98 warrior and have a few mods done to it. I put a wiseco 10.5:1 piston, Web racing cam (mild), head ported and polished, Supertrapp exhaust, Durablue 2+2 axle and 20" dunlops on all 4's. When I'm riding moto I run 0 plates in my exhaust. When I'm trail riding I run 4 plates.
With those Mods done my quad flies now.
I have a question for you. How much does that header pipe cost.

 

I payed about $135 for it, and i've seen it for more.

I saw yesterday on FMF Racing.com that thehave one for 149 and change. Another question is the diameter of the pipe differant at all. Also is your supertrapp a half pipe or just a silencer.
I'm just wondering if it will work with my pipe thats on there. (supertrapp)

it appears a little bigger diameter, also lighter. My supertrapp is the whole rear section, 2 pieces though.
