Here is a side by side spec of the 350 Grizzly and 350 wolverine,Woverine compared to Grizzly

They seem to be the same ATV (motor,suspension,brakes and wheels) with different plastic. I would think the 350 Grizzly with it,s large front and back racks would make that bike more exspensive out of the two.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

the wolvy weighs 29lbs less that's prolly why...

 

It weighs less because it has less material I would quess (No Racks) . I would think a bike with less material would cost less not more to produce. Thats why some ATV that once had racks from stock, like the earlier Wolverine and Kawasaki Lakota do not come with racks stock any longer ,,it was for a production cost saving measure.
You can still buy optional Racks for these ATVs but they are not cheap.
