Warrior on fire.

ROTF LMAO!
Hey Guys all kidding aside... a bike called by any other name is still a bike!
Put a real good mech on them and any machine will do any trick.
I rode 2 wheels back in the 60's before quads, From hondas, Harleys yamaha, kawasakis and columbia (bicycles).
They all are great machines. Columbia was a little hard riding, no shocks, and the seat sort of put a num on my family jewels.
------------------
Do not let someone get your goat!
I want to see the outcome of this troubleshooting on the fire box problem.
This type of commentaries happened before in a different thread and the thread was pulled by the monitor, I think maybe the majority knows of this too.
So let the kid exhaust his wind and go on with the original business at hand. Please!
I really like to see the success story!

If I may comment on the original thread...
BTW sounds like everyone here, serious on there replies to a solution, has it all together, taking all the ideas made here and putting it in this reply...
Combination of the float sticking, the main jet and modified pipes...
Modified pipes relative to rejetting...Rule of thumb was to check the spark plug for coco brown in color.
When the engine is running running lean, it will run a little warmer than usual and if sometimes with radical thottling it might backfire or pre-ignite before the the intake valve is closed.
Now, combine a sticky float and doing wheelies, the fuel level being high in the bowl, will spill out of the main jet and any air vents to the float bowl, just a little not even a teaspoon full but do a wheely enough of times the number of teaspoon fulls will increase.
Now when the pre ignition occurs just before the intake valve is closed wa-la the fuel that is sitting in the air cleaner box will ignite and what we will have is a wheely-wheeny roast if it is not caught early enough.
--------------------
One other thing about the water in the float bowl..
Place an inline fuel filter mount it sideways extend the fuel line from the tank to the filter so the filter stays sideways and then follow upward to the carb inlet!
Water will stay in the filter and not continue into the bowl.
A semi-clear filter will be ideal, so you can see if there is water in it, since water is heavier it will remain in the filter.
Where the water may come from!
After running the bike for a while the heat from the engine migrates and warms all the component around it.
Now outside there is humidity in the air all the times.
For example, low humidity you will notice that in the house when you walk across a rug to the door you get a shock from the door ****!
Well this hardly will happen when the humidity is normal or high.
Getting back to the machine, now you shut down and everything starts to cool down. Water vapors that we can not see will condense inside the tank and any closed compartment like the fuel bowl of the carb.
Take a dry canning jar seal it and sit it in front of the window in the sun light for a couple of hours.
Then put it in a cool place, you will notice that beads of water forms on the inside of the jar.
Same thing happens with any sealed unit.
---------------------
Spark plug coco brown.
Check the float level with the proper gauge limit.
I think you said you have just cleaned it am I correct?
Good Luck hope to see positive results!

Let him bellow his wind and leave him be.
WC Fields had one saying I remember. "go away kid you bother me" but after saying that to the kid, the kid just kept haunting him right into a bottle of booze.
