A local machine shop did all of the engine mods. I know, I know, could be a scary hack job, but this guy really knows what hes doing. He has built several Banshees for himself and has been doing ATVs for many years. I think the port & polish job was about $200.

Not trying to be a thread hyster but with the WEB CAM you do have to get the new spring's and how much power difference did you feel Jasonp ?
The first mods I did on mine were a cam, bigger valves, and a port job. I put it all back together like this while I waited for my piston to come in. I must say the cam and head mods made a HUGE difference. Then I installed a 366cc JE piston, which helped alot, but didnt add nearly as much power as the head mods.
Awesome.

I ordered my valve springs and cam from Web and it took them about 3 weeks to get it here. I wasn't to impressed, but I believe they had to make it. I would order the cam from magic racing.com if you need it right away. I didn't care as much because I was in the middle of having the engine appart.

Sorry to the people who had questions for me. I kinda forgot about this thread. Just go to www.webcamshafts.com click atv and find the right cam and springs for your atv. Then i went to the homepage and clicked order form. printed it and filled it out and faxed it to them. They called me back the next day confirming an order and asking for credit card #.
Since i dont have the cam in yet I am going to have my dad hone the cylinder with his CNC machine's that he has. Then I am going to install the piston, cam, and a tusk heavy duty clutch that i bought awhile ago. When I get enough cash i'll have a local shop port the heads if they can.
