Hey Everybody,
I'm new to the forums and I must say this site does have alot on info and tips.
I did a search and I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for.

I'm a proud owner of a 03 Yamaha Big Bear 400 4X4 workhorse.
Sadly a huge issue has risen.

My son and I were riding and all of a sudden the Big Bear dies.
As if the battery was not getting charged.
The neutral light was dim and one of the lights in the front blew up as it died.

So we decided to jump start the atv, and it ran fine and all.
I went ahead and purchased a new battery today, and guess what..the atv still acts as if the battery is dead.

Voltage is good, etc, check all the fuses under the seat..


Did something go horribly wrong here?
I notice a little box under the the atv... is there something there I could check...
