Banshee will not start???
#1
I have an 01' Banshee and it will not start. I have done a basic compression test. I have checked the fuel vent hose. I have checked the fuel lines. I have checked the air filter. The sparks plugs have spark. What else could it be? Also could any one tell me if there is an easier way to adjust the clutch. I hold the cluch lever in and the tires do not move. So i am pretty sure that it needs Adjusting. I am fairly new at this so i am a little on the slow side. Any help would be great.

What were your compression numbers in each cylinder?
Do you have a spark?
Plugs gapped correctly?
Have you tested your coil?
Have you removed your T.O.R.S?
Gas on?
Choke on?
Idle set high enough?
Do you get an sputtering or do you get nothing?
An easy way to start with adjusting your clutch is to have about 1/2 your lever movement play and 1/2 stiff. Then go from there.
If you want a couple helpful tips. Remove the TORS and get a parking brake blockoff as fast as possible.

Well i let it sit overnight i removed the plugs and tested them again and it started with only one plug in and the fuel turned off. It seems to run well now with the fuel shut off but once i actually turn the fuel on it cuts off? What could it be?
