Going to a dealer tomorrow to check it out live. Heard nothing but great stuff about it online so far and in the mags. Still not ready to buy yet, and still considering other bikes, but I think I'm going to really like the Bear. I found a local park with about 400 acres of trails. Everything from alot of hilly climbs, to mud, and tight wooded trails. Bear looks like it would be great for this type of land. I am still looking at the bigger bikes, 500-700 cc's but I hate the fact they weigh soo much and of course the prices aren't getting any cheaper. After riding last weekend at the park, I really think a mid size would be great around here. I have ridden a few auto bigger machines, and the engine braking is ok for me, but I would still rather have that super low 1st gear on the bear when traversing some of these monster downhill sections where I ride. We'll see!
