Default Need help with new Tires?

I'm new here and could use some advise. I need some new tires for my 2004 Wolverine but do not want to spend big $ for a complete tire and wheel kit. However, I'm having a hard time finding tires that will fit my OEM wheels. The only ones that I have found are Carlisle AT 489. Does anyone have any other options? Any help would be great...

AMS Swamp Foxes are available in the stock size (23x8-12, 23x10-12). I have no personal experience with them, but those that have them seem to like them a lot. Many Wolverine owners (myself included) up-size to 25 inch tires. If you chose to go to a 25" tire, there are more choices available than you can count. Virtually every all-terrain and most mud tires made are available in the 25x8-12 and 25x10-12 sizes because it is such a popular size for original equipment tires (stockers) on other quads. The 25's will fit your stock wheels just fine if you choose to go with them. Just another option for you to consider.

Thanks guys, I'll have to check them out... have you noticed any difference in power drain running 25" tires or any rubbing problems? I have heard that going bigger makes you lose horse power and I don't want to pipe and jet the bike right now yet.

Anytime you go bigger you lose power.
