if you want to go faster, you need a BIGGER front sprocket, a smaller rear sprocket will also make it go faster, but the effects of gearing down in the back arent as drastic as gearing up in the front...in fact it is hard to believe gearing down in the rear will give you that much speed. 76 is a little fast for a warrior no matter what is done to it. maybe 76 in the back of a truck.

I dont know where you dreamed thaht number up, but you may want to refigure. Maybe you meant kph? I have done about all you can do to a Warrior engine except nitrous, turbocharger, or a rocket, and it still wony do over 70 mph. All those mods dont really add top speed, but they will help you get to top speed a lot faster.

I think all Webcams are core return, no matter where you buy them. You can pay about $95 and not return a core. I always pay the core charge and then when I take the engine apart, send the old cam in to get my $$$$ back.

Get a bigger front sprocket and you'll smoke the 450's

What sprocket setup do you have, and when did you beat a 450? Did you actally drag race from a dead start or were you just faster on top end? Cause I have a stroker motor, too. And I have a bigger front sprocket for more topend and the factory size rear sprocket. I couldnt imagine gearing it any higher and still have enough low end power to take off from the line without bogging down. What is your secret? Im running neck & neck with LTZ 440s and 440EXs and stock YFZ450s will start pulling away around 4th gear.

Well according to Mickey Dunlap of FST my setup with 15t front 38t rear top speed is around 80 with 20" tire. I haven't tried it yet so I couldn't tell ya. Supposedly the Warrior 500 with a 16/38 gear did 90MPH, I still have the artical from dirt wheels on that one.

Yeah, but how is your bottom end power? I like to do wheelies and when I dragrace I like to start out in 2nd gear. I have mine setup with all around gearing at 14/38. If I geared it any higher I feel like it will bog coming out of the hole in 2nd. Maybe I ought to try that 15T front.
