i have a 2003 warrior and i want to cam it but don't now what brand to get webcam or hotcam can you guys tell me what the better brand is ?

 

Webcam. Hotcams are for wimps. Webcam gives more duration and lift which, in turn, gives you more power. You will need stiffer valve springs if you run the Webcam. I have always used the .430 Webcam on several Warriors with good results.

 

I have A web .430 cam and valve springs that i just got in the mail. Should be putting them in an a couple days. I'll tell u how it works for me.

i have read numerous places that yamaha claims 62mph stock.

 

my warrior goes about 76mph

 

holy 76 what did you do to it.

its got an alba stroker motor and smaller sprokets and a pro circuit pipe etc. all the good stuff

 

nice. When I get my stuff installed i'll tell you how fast it goes. Upgrades are in my profile. Then the cam, and wiseco 10.25 piston sitting in my garage. I also just got a GPS unit the other day and it's accurate so i'll see if i can test it stock.
