Default Changing 06 wolvy 450 fenders to the 07?

My fenders are beat to death on my 06 wolverine 450, they are cracked in the back from some really hard landings and getting a little too ambitious with the wheelies. Plus the front on both sides are discolored (the plastic is a lot lighter blue in some spots) from being stressed from pushing some small stuff out of the way going through the woods. Plus they have some nasty scratches and gouges just from some rough tight trails.

I was wondering if anybody has replaced all of the plastic, and if so, how much was it and where did you order from. And since I was going to change the fenders front and rear, I was thinking about switching to the new black fenders and tank cover from the 07 special edition wolvy. I love how the black looks, it is much better than the blue I have now....the 06 and 07 seem identical, but you never know...they may have changed something small. Does anybody know for sure?

Thanks for any information,

Kyle

The plastics are all interchangable between 2006 and 2007 Wolvies so you can switch colors easily if you want.

Here is a place for good prices online: Power Parts Plus

Look up the prices and ask your local dealer to match the prices since shipping on the plastics is high due to oversize boxes.

Have fun!

They should fit without a problem.

I want them to make an 08 with the brushed metal look and then i will change my plastics to that style.

Do they have plans to make the Wolvy in 2008? If so, did you get some info or pics of that type of plastics?

I am sure that they will make a wolvy in 08 it doesnt make sense to spend all the money tooling up to make something like the wolvy for 2 years it just isnt profitable.

as far as the brushed metal plastics that will have to be seen but my local dealer can not keep anything instock with the brushed plastics.
So I hope they will make it because I will definetly get a set of them to put up for when my plastics get trashed.
