My chain on my Raptor 660R rubs against the plastic chain protector beneath it, what can I do to prevent this? It makes a very loud an obnoxious noise when you are not holding down the throttle...

mine did the same thing when I had my stock one on. My friends all rub also. I think it's a raptor thing
I bought a ac baja rear skid plate for mine thinking it would solve the problem. my chain soemtimes still rubs when it gets a little loose, i don't think it anything to worry about as long as it is just slightly and not making any noise

If it is making noise just tighten your chain and check it occasionaly. sorry i didn't read your entire post. You should hear what mine sounds like when my chain gets to loose and it strikes the metal skid plate,
it makes you think the trainy is going to fall out
