Mounting a warn 25XT to the 07 Grizzly 450

Mounting a warn 25XT to the 07 Grizzly 450
Will the factory bolt holes in the front of the frame for a winch on the 2007 Grizzly 450 mount up properly to the warn 25XT winch? Will I need some kind of mounting plate in addition?
Is the mechanical install as simple as mounting the winch to these existing frame brackets?
