Yes it does take money, but it is really easy to make friends and work deals for stuff. Dont worry, im not a 14 year old kid on here, mom doesnt fund my projects. Come race like a real man? Ill be at nearly every sand drag in Colorado this year so dont worry, ill be racing like a man. Real racing, not keyboard racing like the main man with the 82mph stock banshee.

When I was on the payment I was running with a guy with a new ALBA Banshee.
WE where handlebar to handlebar the whole way---Both at 80MPH

I was just reading all of these post and have to tell everyone, they're very entertaining. Why does anyone care if someone claims their Banshee does 82mph. A few mph isn't a big difference. Maybe it does do 82mph, why does anyone get bent out of shape if someone claims it does what they claim. If you don't believe what someone writes, than leave it at that. I had a 660 and I know it did 87mph, STOCK, if someone doesn't believe me it really doesn't matter. Alright it probably didn't but I made my point. A few mph more top speed doesn't really mean anything unless you're only using it to drag other's across a frozen lake and nothing more anyway.

 

I think i remembered seeing low 70's for the kfx, around 72mph. Someone will correct me I'm sure.

 

u no on the 700 and 660 raptor.... ( i dont no about enyother quads) but theres a 5th gear overide switch and if u unplug it it adds 5 mph

 

after reading the previous posts all i have that i can say is this:

honestly i doubt a stock banshee can do 82. banshees arent as good as everyone thinks that they are. they only go 100 when you dump 10 grand into them. if you think about it if you dump that much money into any machine itl go as fast as a banshee

Dollar for dollar and mod for mod no four stroke keeps up with the banshee when you crack open the engine. And the other 2 strokes will only keep up to a point. There are some high hp street-bike engined atvs out there making way more hp than stock and they're still turning in lower times in 300'.
