Has anyone seen the dirtwheels magazine?? The front cover has a completely designed 500 banshee i don' t have a clue if its true all I know is if they do make it, it will be a monster and I have heard roumors that there might be a new 500cc yamaha about a year after the the yfz450 came out so i dont know what to believe.......

As for a 500cc yamaha twin. they are working on an atv of the sport nature that is such a beast. banshee as the badge? No i don't think so.

 

Truee.. 500cc Banshee just seemed alot more realistic than a jetski with wheels...

 

No 4-stoke banshee, the banshee name has been retired.

 

Jetski with wheels is real.. however Banshee is retired it will be called something else.

 

yeah i know that they made a jetski/atv thing, but not the one outta dirtwheels. i was just saying that to show last years april fools. the one outta dirtwheels had 8 wheels and was obviously photoshopped.

 

supposedly it is true bout the 500 banshee.... the yamaha team is taking the R1 and basically cutting it in half.. since 06' was the last year for the 2 stroke they want to make a 4stroke machine
that will hold the banshee name .. going to be a bada$$ quad...
