i just rebuilt the carb and when i put the throttle body and needle back together and swrewed the throttle cap back down on the carb my throttle body isnt moving inside of the carb it is like there is slack in the cable or something thanks in advance

Uuuuhhhh......Maybe you didnt put it back together right.
