Blaster or Raptor?
#1
Im just curious...and it will help me make my decision on which quad to buy. Anyway, which quad is faster and will give me a lot of exictment? Also, what about some of the older Raptor 660's or 700's like in 2001-2005, do those have enough speed to beat a blaster?

I would say both are fun bikes. The Warrior's advantages over the Blaster are its 4-stroke engine (you dont have to mix oil in the gas), electric start, and reverse. In stock form, the Warrior is a little faster. The Raptor 660s and 700s will SMOKE a stock Blaster!

I think this is an obvious question. The raptor, any year, is a faster quad than the blaster. It is also quite different in many areas. The raptor is much heavier, has ergonomics better suited for a larger rider, has a wider power band, and is really not in the same category of quad selection. Both quads will give you excitement, you have to decide what conditions you are going to be riding in and whether the machine is suited for those riding conditions. You haven't told us enough about your skill level, size, or what you want to do with an atv to make an informed opinion.

the craptor 660 and 700 have alot of problems but they would easily beat a blaster. the craptor 350/warrior won't stand a chance stock for stock even a heavily modified one would have trouble with a blaster. good things with a blaster cheap in price, light in weight, and no battery plus you can get alot of mods for a blaster.
