I have a whitebrothers e series pipe with 11 disks in it.

It's too loud for where i wanna ride.

with the disks(taking them out), how do i make it quieter and how many should i do without compromising alot of proformance.

Will it be noticeable quieter. Quietness over best proformance.

Do i need to rejet

Take out 1/2 of them an go from there. You prolly wont need to rejet and I wouldnt worry about a huge performance loss unless you drag for money.
