The float is sticking and it is overflowing - kinda like a toilet where the plunger from the tank has the chain stuck in it. . .

 

How could I fix it do I need to take apart both of them or only the one leaking? I noticed when I took the carbs apart last time that there was only in one, a little spring on top of the needle and 2 washers but not on the other it only had: the needle the white spacer that goes in the needle, the metal clip and the clip that looks it in place but there was no little spring or 2 more washers. Is that normal?
