EXHAUST HELP!!!
not sure exactly what pipes are best for a raptor because i dont have one, but all you need before you can put it on is a jet kit which will cost around 50 or 60 dollars. i'd get a k&n filter too for a little more flow. can't go wrong with a yoshimura pipe if you got the money.

Duals offer the best performance on the 700.
Barker
LTE
DMC
All have duals on the market.
Singles between major manufactures are pretty close to each. Some just offer better power in certain ranges so alot can depend on your riding style.
HMF
Yoshi
Dr. D
Ron Woods
CT
and others are all good pipes for the 700
Yes you will need a controller when adding performance mods to the 700. It does not have a O2 sensor so it does not adjust the fuel for airflow. It only compenates for air temp/elevation.
PC lll and dobeck are the most common used but more are coming on to the market.

EXHAUST HELP!!!
Well I don't own one yet--(I'll be getting one for my '07 Grizz 700)--but from my understanding they are a direct plug in. Once plugged in (or before) you just download a map from power commanders site for your set up (set up being--filter type & what kind of pipe). It then controlls your fuel injection. they can be changed for future mods and fine tuned to fit your needs..... many people have had their bikes dynoed and will share their maps with others.....
