If you dont regear it, the top speed will be about the same as now.
Just get there quicker.

Larger rear tires.

Is the 400 a stroker or just have blaster jugs or something?

no matter how much work u do to the engine ur top speed will not change because of your rev limiter u can only go a certain rpm's limiting u to a certain speed...stock... but if u change the sprockets then u change top speed. if u go up a tooth in the front ull be doin prolly 3-4 mph faster than u were stock and then go down 2 teeth in the back theres another 3-4 mph because going down 2 teeth on the back is exactly like going up one in the front just make sure u have enough power to be changing the gears this much but sounds like with all that u should go down 2 or 4 in the back and up one in the front ull prolly be doin upwards of 85mph im not sure tho.

There is only 2 ways to increase top speed.
#1 change gearing, whether it be by transmission gearing, sprocket change, or tire size.
#2 make the engine turn more RPM. a big bore kit or reeds wont make that happen.
So tell us what you are taking about, Rider.

hey yamaharider have u ever herd of a thing called a rev limiter....well if u havent its the thing that pretty much limits ur rpm's and ur rpms will limit ur top speed so if thats limited ur not goin any faster ur only goin quicker(acceleration) u must a be a pretty new person in the world of atv's

Does a Shee even have a rev limiter..??? A lot of two strokes don't. Such as your Blaster, Slash.

Anyways, as stated above.
1) Bigger rear tires
2) Bigger front sprocket
3) Smaller rear sprocket
