Default Help with wolverine carb

I have a 2000 Wolverine and it is low on power on the low end. Once it gets revved up it has power. I have cleaned the air filter and carb including all of the jets. The diaphram that pulls the slider and needle up seems to be working. The diaphram isn't cracked or torn. I haven't adjusted the valves yet that is next. Any advice?

When I give gas the slide doesn't move to the top even at full throttle it just move a little (I removed the boot intake to see the slide moving while I was giving gas) seems to be a vaccum problem but I can't find where is the problem

Default Help with wolverine carb

It sounds like we have the same problem. I also pulled off the air box and watched the slide. It barely moves at full throttle. I just adjusted the valves to see if it would help and it is still acting up. I am at a loss of where to start next. Let me know if you find out anything and I will do the same.

Default Help with wolverine carb

Good news. I've found the problem!!! For the x times i took a parts my carb and I removed the black piece on the right side of the carb (see pictures below) This is the vacuum system that lift the slide. I've found out that the small black diaphragm was not moving freely (the black diaphgragm on the top). I removed it and I cleaned the small hole where it slide in and the hole that connect with the inside of the carb. I used carb cleaner to cleaned it. I also changed the O ring that goes around the orange diaphragm (the one at the bottom) just to make sure the seal was good. I also cleanded all the small holes in the black piece. I've put the carb back on my bike start it and the slide was moving up like it is supposed to move. I tried my bike and the POWER was back!!!!!!!!! It is pulling like it was when it was new. I pretty sure you have the same problem. Try that and let me know

Default Help with wolverine carb

Thanks for your help. I found the problem. The top part of the accelerator pump cover was broken. I made a pipe to fit into the cover and go into the carb and all of the power is back.
