Pipe, reeds, filter, silencer, proper jetting and a port-n-polish will all help. The biggest thing you can do in addition to those mods/improvements is taller gearing. Change your front sproket from stock to stock+1 or +2.
If you simply want to get to top speed quicker then you can drop a tooth on front or go up a tooth on the rear, but realize that either of those two actions will also change your top speed (lower) but you will get there quicker.

Pro circuit, fmf, or toomey all make good pipes for blasters. I had fmf, it gave me more power all throughout the torque curve. Rejet it and put in a k&n filter. Or you could just save money, leave it all stock, add another piston and call it a banshee.

all the mods i have done i think have really helped(jetted, fatty header,k & n filter,silencer,) tires help also smaller tires would mean faster acceleration and bigger would mena a little more top speed not sure if u still have the stock tires on there but the bubbly ones aren't gunna get u anywhere
