Default 660 Raptor Jetting Jet Sizes Help!

I Jetted my raptor I have a GYT-R High Flow Air Filter and a complete exaust system I put 25 Pilot jets and 160 & 165 Main Jets and the needles in the 3rd slot. It seems that its runing rich and when full trottle black smoke starts coming out of the exaust. What should I adjust? Thanks

You are way way way too rich.
Start your engine and do a top end run with WOT (wide open throttle), at your top speed kill the engine and put it in neutral and stop. Check the sparkplug if it is darker than medium brown then put in a smaller main jet. Once you obtain a good color then go to the next bigger jet.

Each run should have a new sparkplug but you can wire brush it to a silver color and that should do it.

Here is a link for some good Q&A. Not for a raptor specifically but the Q&A will help you. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/jetfaq.html
