HI

I have a 2001 raptor. It has melted the positive battery post on 2 batteries. Has any one had this probem? If so what was the fix?

i would not think it is the batteries you bought. i would check the positive line from your battery and make sure this line (cable) does not have any bare wires exposed and touching the frame. the vibrations might have wore down the insulation on it. i had that happen on my warrior.
